Conversations with a purpose

A better hello.
A useful next step.

Voice and chat agents shaped around your business. Answer inquiries, collect the right details, and connect people to a booking or your team.

An example for HVAC businesses

A caller asks about an AC service. The agent identifies the request and asks for the details your team needs.

Collect agreed information, such as the service type and location, without asking the caller for unnecessary personal details.

Check approved appointment slots through a compatible scheduling integration. Unavailable systems trigger a callback or handoff.

Confirm only after the booking system accepts the appointment. Complex, urgent, or unsupported requests go to your team.

YOUR BUSINESS. YOUR RULES. YOUR TOOLS.

How we work

A clear path from
“what if” to what’s next.

Direct communication. Practical decisions.
A process you can be part of.

01

Understand first.

Your business, your users, your existing tools. We start with the problem and agree on what a useful result looks like.

02

Make it tangible.

A clear scope, a practical approach, and a design you can react to. Important decisions happen before they get expensive.

03

Build with care.

Develop in reviewable stages. Check the details, test the critical flows, and keep you involved as the work takes shape.

04

Put it to work.

An agreed launch plan, documentation, and a clear handover of code and account access. Maintenance and ongoing costs are set out in your proposal.

A few useful answers

Before we
say hello.

01What kind of businesses do you work with?

We build for businesses that need a better website, custom software, or a more connected workflow. That includes schools, service companies such as HVAC businesses, and businesses with a specific software problem to solve.

02Can we work together from another country?

Yes. Futureware is based in Bangladesh and available for remote projects. We agree on communication, review times, and project milestones around your time zone.

03How much does a project cost?

The price depends on the scope, integrations, and level of complexity. We first discuss your needs, then put together a proposal with deliverables, costs, and milestones. Third-party running costs are identified separately.

04Can you work with the tools we already use?

Often, yes. We review your existing setup before recommending a replacement. Integration feasibility depends on the official APIs, permissions, and account plans of the tools involved.

05What happens after I get in touch?

We review your brief and clarify the users, workflow, existing tools, and priorities. From there, we agree on a scope, deliverables, timeline, and costs in a proposal before development begins.

06What is included in the handover?

The proposal sets out source-code access and ownership, deployment responsibilities, account access, and documentation. Third-party software and licenses are identified separately, so you know what you will receive and what needs an ongoing subscription.

07Can you support the software after launch?

Maintenance, hosting, updates, and ongoing improvements can be scoped separately. We agree on responsibilities and any support arrangement before launch, including which third-party services you will manage.
